Currently at SAP, I look after the SuccessFactors business for West Africa. SuccessFactors is SAP’s flagship Human Capital Management solution.
At SAP, I am all about HR transformation, I help organizations attract, engage and retain the best talents. I teach them how to use technology to create a wonderful employee experience thereby turning employees into fanatics and brand ambassadors.
